Modulation of Immunity Function by Stress Hormone in Process of Physical Exercises

摘要 采用文献综述的研究方法,论述了运动过程中糖皮质激素、儿茶酚胺、生长激素、β-内啡肽等应激激素对机体免疫功能的调节作用,并对其作用机制和生理意义等进行了讨论。 The present paper uses the method of literature summary to expound the modulation for body immunity function by the stress hormones in the process of exercises, such as glucocorticoid, catecholamine, growth hormone, and β-endorphin. Meanwhile, the functional mechanism and physiological significance are discussed.
