挺举上挺中下蹲式支撑与箭步式支撑技术之比较 被引量:12

摘要 通过比较下蹲式支撑与箭步式支撑技术后发现 ,下蹲式支撑与习惯动作相接近 ,下蹲撑铃位置低 ,下蹲速度快 ,两腿用力较协调 ,但对平衡能力要求较高 ;箭步式支撑则与之相反 ,支撑面积大 ,稳定性高 ,对运动员平衡能力要求较低。认为 ,在完善个人技术和身体素质的基础上 。 In the present paper, through the comparison between the support technique of squatting and support technique of splitting, the author finds that the support of squatting is similar to the habitual actions and it has low position, fast squatting and better coordination of two legs. But it requires higher capacity of balance. The support of splitting is on the contrary, with wide supporting area and better stability. But it requires lower capability of balance. Therefore, the author points out that on the basis of perfecting the athletes' individual techniques and physical fitness, the support of squatting should become the main part of the techniques.
