摘要
目的为了吸取一些少见消化道出血诊治的经验与教训。方法回顾性分析9例疑难消化道大出血,并复习有关文献。结果造成误诊误治的原因为病史询问和分析不仔细,另一原因是手术探查不彻底。结论正确的诊断与治疗依赖于详细的询问与分析病史以及正确的手术选择。
Objective To diagnose and treat some rarely alimentary tract bleeding.Methods Retrospect analysis 9 eases alimentary tract bleeding in our hospital that were difficult on diagnosis and treatment,and review some article about it.Result The reasons of alimentary tract bleeding were that the disease history was not carefully inquired and analyzed.Another reason was that the operation was not exploration thoroughly. Conclusion Correctly diagnosis and treatment was rely on carefully inquiring and analysis the disease history and selecting the suitable operation.
