摘要
本文探讨冷冻对直肠癌的治疗作用。取自西京医院15年间冷冻直肠癌628例,其中根治性冷冻136例。冷冻前后经电镜观察癌细胞变化及应用单克隆技术测患者B、T细胞亚群水平。结果早中期直肠癌能达到临床治愈,5年生存率41.2％。作者认为,冷冻治疗是一项安全、有效的方法。
Object: to investigate the efficacy of cryosurgical management on the rectal carcinoma. Material and Methods: six hundred and twenty - eight cases in this study were those who underwent cryosurgery for their rectal carcinomas during the past 15 ygars, in which, 136 patients bebonged to early and middle stage of the disease. All samples takem from the tumor tissues were subjected to the examination of electron microscopy, and T lymphocytes as well as B lymphocytes were defected and counted with monoclonal antibodies before and after the cryosurgcal treatment. Results:the early or middle stage rectal carcinoma patients could be treated to the extent of clinical recovery, with 5 year surrival rate of 41.2% . Conclusion: the cryosurgical therapy is effective and safe for rectal carcinoma.
