摘要
离子注入是陶瓷材料表面改性的一种重要技术。本文研究了氮离子注入对单晶氧化铝的显微硬度、断裂韧性、表面残余应力及摩擦性能的影响。结果发现,用110KeV氮离子注入后,氧化铝的显微硬度提高了92%,断裂韧性提高了95%,改性的主要原因在于微观结构的改变。
Ion implantation is a usefue technique to modify the mechanical properties of ce- ramics. The effect of N ion implantation on the hardness, fracture toughness, residual stress and friction of single crystal alumina has been investigated. The microhardness increases by 92%and the fracture toughness increases by 95% for alumina after 110KeV N ion implantation. The change of microstructure may be the main reason for modification of properties.
