摘要
作者从管理的需要和发展趋势出发,提出了按各自岗位职责,依据工作效果用数学方法计算分数,以单项工作所得分的加权和———综合分作为客观衡量绩效的依据。即:单项分=工作效果考核定额×100,综合分=∑单项分×权数。并依此完善激励机制,实行全方位激励,以充分调动人们的工作积极性和发挥其主观能动性,进一步提高工效,促进社会的进步和发展。
From the points of social need for management and its developing trend in accordance with different duties of posts, a objective judging criterion for work's efficiency is been put forward through getting a weight mean of scores of individual jobs and a comprehensive score with the help of mathematical method. Based on the improvement of stimulating mechanism, a all-aspects mechanism is carried out by inspiring people's eathusiasm for work and giving full play to their subjective initiative to improve work's efficiency and acceterate social progress and development.
