摘要
为利于当前各企业调整经济结构,合理地定岗定员,减人增效,搞活企业提供依据,介绍了作业分析和价值分析两种办法,使岗位、作业和定员定编,适应市场经济机制。通过测评人的素质和技能,达到人与岗位优化结合。
In order to match posts with persons in the adjustment of economic structure,this article discusses two methods for the task analysis and value analysis. It makes post,job and pasengers meet the marketeconomic mechanism and optimizes the combination of persons with posts through measurement and evatuation.
