摘要 为探讨以OBLA和IAT估计最大血乳酸稳态的可行性,让10名受试者在完成OBLA和IAT测试后,分别以这两种强度进行30min耐力试验。研究结果表明,OBLA的运动负荷强度明显高于IAT;此外,以OBLA强度运动时血乳酸浓度持续增加,平均运动时间为24min,而以IAT强度运动时可以形成血乳酸稳态,平均运动时间29min。以上实验结果揭示IAT可以对最大血乳酸稳态作出准确的估计。 This study examines the feasibility of estimating the Maximum Lactate Steady State(Bla max.ss)by applying OBLA and IAT.10 untrained young subjects performed a multistage test on an ergometer to determine the IAT and OBLA.Afterwards,a 30min endurance test was performed with an equivalent IAT and OBLA intensity.The results show that IAT occured at a significantly lower intensity of exercise load compared with OBLA.During the 30min endurance test,the blood lactate concentration in the IAT test has no significant difference between 10min and 30min;While in the OBLA test,it increases significantly from 10min to 30min.These results indicate that IAT can be used to estimate the Bla max.ss at which one can perform sustained exercise without continuous blood lactate accumulation.
