摘要
本文用X光电子能谱研究了环氧树脂混凝土(EPC)的界面状况和结合机理。结果表明,在所研究的EPC中,树脂对骨料的粘合是一种物理化学作用。由于Si、P等原子的相互扩散、渗透,在两个相界面上发生了Lowis弱酸碱反应。其中骨料呈酸性,为电子受体与钛酸酯偶联剂中()基团结合。
In this paper the interface behaviour and bond mechanism of epoxy resin con- crete (EPC) are investigated by means of X-ray photoelectronic spectrum (XPS). The results re- veal that the binding of epoxy with aggregates is a physico-chemical effect in the EPC stadied. Due to diffusion and permeation of atoms, Si, P etc. Lowis weak acid-alkal reaction occurs on the two-phase interface. In this case, the aggregate as an electronic object binds with radical (·H--R)_2in titanate couplant showing acidity.
