摘要
3月龄成熟SD大鼠88只,随机分卵巢切除组(OVX)及假手术组(Sham-O),切除双侧卵巢或作假手术。术后1,3,5,7月时各分别处死,剖取出第4、5腰椎体,进行光镜、透射电镜、扫描电镜观察。发现OVX后椎体皮质骨及终板变薄,中央区小梁稀少、变细、吸收、穿孔、中断,水平连结小梁丧失,骨小梁胶原排列明显不规则甚至断裂,并可见较多骨小梁显微骨折及细微骨痂结构。大量功能活跃的破骨细胞出现,成骨细胞功能相对减退,向骨细胞转化。提示OVX后骨小梁的结构强度明显下降。
The authors used 88 3 month old females SD rats,weighing 180~240g,which were ovariectomized (OVX) or sham operated (Sham O).The rats were sacrificed at 1,3,5,7 months later. Microscopy,transmission and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the L 4-5 vertebrals.The results shows that in OVX rats,lumbar vertebral cortex were thin,perforated and even disappeared.Disorderly orientation and a age of the collagen structure of trabeculae were manifested.Microfracture and microcallus appeared,a large number of active osteoclasts and less active osteoblasts appeared.The results revealed that the structure strength of trabeculae declined post OVX.
