摘要
国内首次研制成功的氢扩散性检测仪,采用QJ-80单板机对检测过程进行程序控制,气路可进行自动通断,屏幕显示检测全过程,并自动打印检测结果。仪器测量范围0～150mmH_2O,测量精度1.5%。若增加某些配件,.扩充其功能,还可对多孔材料和不定形耐火材料进行透气度和孔径分布的检测。试验证明,仪器稳定可靠、精度高、反应快、显示直观、结构紧凑、操作简便。既可对外提供检测服务,又可进行转让销售。
An instrument for measuring hydrogen diffusivity was developed successfully firstly in China. Test procedure is controlled by QJ-80 computer, and the gas channel can be switched off automatically and the whole procedure is displayed on the screen and printed au- tomatically. Measuring rang of the device is 0-150mm H_2O with an accuracy of 1.5%. It can also be used for measuring permeability and pore size distribution of light refractories and irregular shape refractories if some supplementary parts are added. The tests indicate that the instrument is reliable with a high precision, quick in response, clear in display, compact in stucture and simple and convenient in operation. It can provide measurment for public service, and masketing.
