摘要
目的超声引导经皮穿刺导入微波,尽可能完全凝固深部肿瘤而又保护周围正常组织。方法采用 UMC-I 型超声引导微波凝固治疗仪进行离体及活体肝实验。结果微波频率2450MHz、27mm 长度芯线天线辐射肝组织,可形成类圆形椭球体凝固区;能量60W300s 辐射可形成约3.7cm×2.6cm×2.6cm 不可逆凝固坏死区,对应该坏死区边缘的温度为61.95±5.81℃;微波作用后肝组织坏死与温度分布及声像图变化有良好相关性。结论超声引导下微波凝固肝组织为局部组织融蚀的可靠方法。
Objective To both coagulate deep-located tumor and protect adjacent normal tissue. Methods We performed animal studies in vitro and in vivo by using UMC-I Ultrasound-guided Mi- crowave Coagulation Equipment percutaneously.Results A spheroid elliptic coagulation volume could be formed by microwave irradiation(2450MHz in frequency)with 27mm inner conducting electrode. Microwave irradiation could produce a necrosis volume of 3.7×2.6×2.6cm with energy of 60 watts for 300 seconds,and the corresponding temperature at the periphery was 61.95±5.81℃.The necrosis of liver tissue after microwave irradiation showed a good correlation with temperature distribution and change in ultrasonogram.Conclusion The method of US-guided microwave coagulaltion in liver tissue is safe and effective for local tissue ablation.
