摘要
目的观察组织源性β-G 在原发性肝内胆管结石形成中的作用。方法用高特异性单抗,采用 ELISA 方法检测肝组织匀浆和胆汁内的组织源性β-G。结果 PIS 患者组肝细胞内β-G 有轻度升高但未达到相差显著水平,胆汁内组织源性β-G 与正常组比较无显著差别。结论组织源性β-G在 PIS 发病过程中不起主要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of human β-glucuronidase(β-G)played in primary intrahepatic stone formation(PIS).Method Using antibody against human β-G,the β-G values in the liver tissue homogenate and bile were determined with ELISA.Result A trend of elevation of β-G in liver tissues of PIS patients was found.But β-G in the bile of PIS patients did not increase significantly compared with that in the control group.Conclusion The β-G produced by hepatic cells might not play an important role in PIS formation.
