摘要
目的研究精索静脉曲张患者手术前后精子顶体酶活性变化情况。方法应用改良Kennedy’sMethod检测15例精索静脉曲张患者精索静脉高位结扎手术前后6～8月的精子顶体酶活性。结果患者术后精子顶体酶活性明显高于术前（P＜0．01）。结论精子顶体酶活性对精索静脉高位结扎手术的疗效提供了重要的实验室依据。
objective To study the changes in sperm acrosin activity in patients with varicocele before and after operation. Method Modified Kennedy's Method is used to assess the sperm acrosin activity of 15 cases of varicocele in 6 - 8 months before and after high position ligation of spermatic vein. Result Sperm acrosin activity is sighficantly higher after varicocelectomy than that before operation (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Sperm acrosin activity offers an important laboratory basis for the effect of high position ligation of spermatic vein.
