深圳市成人血清载脂蛋白A_1和B参考值调查

Reference values of serum apolipoprotein A_1 and B in healthy adults of Shenzhen city

目的调查深圳市健康成人血清载脂蛋白（apo）A1、B和apoB／apoA1比值的参考值。方法以WHO国际参考血清为校准物，用免疫透射比法法测定2642例深圳市健康成人（18～86岁，男1319例，女1323例）血清apoA1和B水平，计算apoB／apoA1比值。结果各指标男女间均有显著性差异（P＜0．001），并与年龄有关。参考值（5％～95％）为：apoA1男1．42（1.15～1.68）g／L，，女1．45（1．14～1．77）g／L；apoB男0．86（0．61～1．14）g／L，女0．82（0．56～1．15）g／L；apoB／apoA1男0．61（0．42～0．84），女0．56（0．36～0．83）。结论该参考值基本能够反映深圳市健康成人血清apoA1和B的水平。

:Obective To investigate the reference values of serum apolipoprotein.(apo) A1,B and apoB/apoA1 ratio in healthy adults of Shenzhen city. Methods ApoA1and B levels in the sera taken from 2642 healthy Shenzhen adults (1319 male and 1323female aged 18 to 86 years)were determined by immunoturbidimetric methods.The stan-dard curves were made using the WHO-IFCC international rehance materials,andapoB/apoA1 ratio was calculated. Results CDncentrations of both proteins and the ratiobetween males and females were significantly different (P < 0.001), and gradually in-creased with age.The 5 % ~ 95 % reference values for apoA1 were 1.42(1. 15~1. 68)g/L in male and 1. 45(1.14~ 1. 77)g/L in femle; for apoB, they were 0. 86(0. 61 ~ 1.14)g/L and 0. 82(0. 56~ 1. 15)g/L respectively; and for apoB/apoA1 ratio, 0. 61 (0. 42~0. 84) and 0. 56 (0. 36 ~ 0. 83 ) respectively. Conclusions The reference values canbasically reflect serum apoA1 and B levels in healthy adults of Shenzhen, China.
