本文介绍了用潜性固化剂双氰双胺与促进剂配制的单组份环氧胶粘剂。通过DSC和IR剖析固化行为,从而确定固化条件(温度、时间)和贮存期:并检测粘接强度和耐热,耐介质性能。
The paper introduces the one-component epoxy adhesive prepared with latent curing agent and promoter, analyses its curing behavior by means of DSC and IR, determines its curing conditions (including temperature, time)and storage life, tests its properties such as adhesive strength, heat resistance and dielectric resistance.
