摘要
1988—1991年对贵州省龙里县汉、苗、布依族4159名学龄前儿童作连续4年的膳食营养状况调查及进行喂养指导，结果表明食物摄入基本能满足机体要求，但蛋白质摄入量及质量均偏低，血清锌偏低，经喂养指导4年后贫血状况明显改善。
A four year lasting (1988 - 1991 ) survey about the nutrition conditions among 4159 children before school aged of nationalities of 'Han' 、 'Miao' 、 'Bubs'had made in Guizhou province, and also had taken some feeding guidance as well. In general, the diet content could basically meet with the body's need, but the level of protein and blood serem Zn is comparativiy low. The condition of children who suffered from anaemia gradualy improve through the feeding guilance
