Survey of disinfection work of 42 hospita1s in Pudong New Area

目的：了解上海市浦东新区42家医院消毒效果。方法：按照国标GB15982－1995、GB15981－1995、GBJ48－83的要求进行消毒效果调查。结果：医疗用品细菌总数合格率为80．36％，环境物表细菌，总数合格率92．86％，医疗用品HBsAg合格率为99．40％，环境物表HBsAg合格率为100．00％，环境物表大肠菌群合格率为99．49％，灭菌医疗器材合格率为97．14％，应用中消毒液细菌总数合格率为95．07％，空气细菌总数合格率为58．33％，高压锅和福尔马林消毒箱消毒效果合格率分别为100．00％、80．70％，医院污水合格率为53．84％，紫外线灯的辐照强度值合格率为90．74％。结论：浦东新区各医院消毒隔离效果尚可，但需加强医院污水、室内空气、福尔马林消毒箱及消毒液浸泡医疗用品的消毒隔离工作。

Conlusion: The disinfection work in hospitals of Pudong New Area is well, but some items such as hospital sewage disposal. air condition of operating rooms and mother-infancy rooms. disinfection effect of formalin disinfector and the disinfectant disinfected medical commodities should be improved.
