摘要
目的:探索不含胆固醇的脂质体包裹亚硒酸纳(Na2SeO3)对家兔动脉粥样硬件斑块的消退作用。方法:在AS家兔耳静脉分别注入Na2SeO3,脂质体和含硒脂质体,治疗一段时间后测定血浆中TC、LDL-C、MDA和GSH-Px的改变,镜检AS斑块的形态学变化。结果:经过一段时间治疗后,血浆中TC、LDL-和MDA含量明显下降,AS斑块逐渐消退,GSH-Px含量增高。单纯脂质体对MDA和GSH-Px影响不大,含硒脂质体治疗效果最好,SA斑块消退最明显。结论:脂质体包裹硒对AS治疗效果良好,说明脂质体和硒对治疗AS有协同作用。
Objective:To study the effect of liposome encapulating selenium without cholesterin on regression of atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods: Give AS rabbits the intravenous injection of Na2SeO3, liposome and liposome containing selenium respectively. After admininstration for a period of time, the plasma concentration of TC, LDL-C and MDA was determined. Microscopic examination was taken to investigate the change of atherosclerosis plaque. Results:After administration for some time, the contents of TC, LDL-Cand MDA in plasma decreased obviously, while atherosclerosis plaque came to regress and the GSH-PX activity increased. The liposomes without selenium have little effeet on MDA and GSH-PX. The liposomes with selenium have best therapeutic effects and atherosclerosis plaque regresses most significantly. Conclusion liposome encapsulating selenium has a good effect in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Administering liposome and selenium simultanously shows to be of synergism in treatment of atherosclerosis, which indicates that liposome may act as the protector and carrier of selenium, and that liposome promotes organism to absorb and use selenium.
