摘要 目的:探讨五味子提取液(SCE)对动物缺氧及心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:以记录缺氧动物存活时间作为判断常压下耐缺氧能力的指标,以观察注射垂体后叶素(Pit)后动物心电图T波变化作为判断心肌缺血损伤的指标。统计学处理采用t-检验及相关分析。结果:SCE可明显延长动物在常压缺氧环境中的存活时间,可使Pit性心电图T波变化有显著改善,与正常组相比均为P<0.01。结论:SCE能明显提高动物常压耐缺氧能力,对动物急性心肌缺血损伤具有较强的保护作用。 Objective To research the effect of SCE on animal pneumatorexis and myocardial ischemia. Methods The survival time of the animal in closed bottle was recorded as the index to judge the ability enduring pneumatorexis in normal atmosphere;and the change of ECG T - wave of the animal injected Pituitrin(Pit) was observed as the index to judge the injured degree with myocardial ischemia. Statistics treatment was made with t - test and relative analysis. Results SCE significantly lengthened the survival time of animal in oxygen deficient circumstances in normal atmosphere, and decreased the change of animal’s ECG T - wave. The SCE groups compared with the normal groups got P<0.01. Conclusion SCE can distinctly increase the ability of animal to endure pneumatorexis, and has a strong protective effect for the injury of animal from acute myocardial ischemia.
