大鼠颈前皮神经一级传入纤维在脊髓胶状质定位投射的定量分析─FRAP法

摘要 目的:研究大鼠颈前皮神经传入纤维在脊髓胶状质(SG)的投射定位。方法:用抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(FRAP)法和显微测量进行定量研究。结果:颈前皮神经向SG纵向投射主要在C1下三分之一至C4。各节段SG水平向“眉样反应带”所测均值(mm)分别为:0.812、0.816、0.846、0.852,而颈前皮神经向C1~C4SG水平向投射测值(mm)分别在0.402~0.613、0.371~0.662、0.397~0.689、0.525~0.722范围。结论:颈前皮神经投射区从上至下主要居SG中间带外侧和外侧带的内侧。 Objectiue To research the orientational projection of the afferent fibers of rat’s anterior cutaneous nerve to the substantia gelatinosa (SG) of spinal cord. Methods A quantitative research was made, adopting fluoride-resistant acid phosphatae (FRAP) and micromeasurement technique. Results The longitudinal projections of the cervical anterior cutaneous nerve to SG project mainly from low 1/3 part of C1 to C4. The mean value of horizontal 'eyebrow-like' reactive zone in the every segemental was measured as 0.812mm, 0.816mm, 0.846mm, 0.852mm respectively. And the mean value of horizontal projection of the anterior cutaneous nerue to C1-C4 SG was measured as 0.402-0.613mm, 0.371-0.662mm, 0.397-0.689mm, 0.525-0.722mm respectively. Conclusion The results showed that the projection area is mainly on the SG outside of intermediate zone and the inside of outside zone.
