糖尿病患者微血管病变血液流变参数的变化

The Change in Hemorheology of Parameter About Diabetic Microvascular Patients

目的:探讨糖尿病患者微血管病变血液流变中血小板参数的变化。方法：采用TYXN－91智能血液凝集仪和TYND－96血液粘度仪对62例糖尿病患者分别测定血小板聚集率（PAgR）；血浆粘滞度（VP）；平均血小板体积（MPV）和血小板计数（PLT）等指标。结果：糖悄病微血管病变组PAgR，MPV明显高于大血管病变和正常组（P＜0.055和P＜0.01），PAgR与血糖水平呈正相关（r＝0.47，P＜0．05），糖尿病大血管病变组PAgR，MPV仅轻度增高。结论：PAgR，MPV增大提示早期糖尿病微血管病变的发生。

Objective To study the relationship between diabetic microvascular complications and alteration of patelet parameter in hemorhelogy about diabetes and to provide a few benifical clues on synteresis and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications. Methods Indicators of platelet agglutionation rate (PAgR), viscosity of plasma(VP), mean of platelet volume (MPV) and platelet (PLT) were determined respectively in 62 diabetic patients by using TYXN -91 blood clumping instrument and TYND - 96 viscometer. Results The values of PAgR and MPV were found to be oberviously higher in the group of misrovascular complicatons than in thegroups of macroangiopathy and the normal group(P< 0.05; P< 0.01 ). The values of PAgR andblood glucose level appeared in positive connection(r = 0.47, P< 0.05 ). In the group of macroangiopathy. The values of PAgR and MPV moresed a little. Conclusion The inereases of PAgR andMPV may be involved in microvascular commplications and their changes can incipiently prognosticate the genesis of diabetic microvascular complications.
