摘要
目的 了解颅脑损伤对心肌酶谱及左室收缩功能有否影响.方法 46例急性颅脑损伤病人的血清心肌酶谱、CK、CKMB在颅脑损伤中是存在的.结果 病情重为明显,均值显著高于中度受损组P<0.01,伤后10～15天为明显升高.随着病情恢复,各项指标趋于正常,超声心动图测定示左室射血分数的下降及恢复.结论 颅脑损伤病对心肌的损害是可逆的。
The blood CPK and cpknb voriability wos investigted in 46 patients with brain injury. The result indicated that the level of blood cpk and cpkmb had relation to the iniury serisusiey. the level of the more serious group was higher then the contrast group(X2 test,P<0. 01)especially on the 10-15th day ofter injury. The level was decreasing while the disease vestoring. E-chocordiograph indicated the alegree of shrink function of left ventricle lowed. our study suggested that the brain injury have a significant effect on the cardiomuscle.
