152例精神分裂症病人社会功能缺陷的多因素分析

Multiple Factors Analysis of Social Function Defect in 152 Schizophrenic Patients

对1989年～1990年经我院诊治,近3月未曾住院的精神分裂症病人的社会功能缺陷进行分析。发现社会功能缺陷的出现率为85.5％。以受教育年限等14个因素为自变量,对152例病人的社会功能缺陷进行多元逐步回归分析,结果 SANS、社会家庭支持、总缓解时间、疗效、病程、病人服药顺应性与 SDSS 密切相关。

Presented in this paper is an analysis of social function defect in 152 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from 1989 to 1990,but except those being hospitalised in recent three months.The rate of social function defect is 85.5%.By use of 14 kinds of factors,such as years of education as indepen- dent variables at the level of F1=F2=2.5,multiple regression was performed on social function defect in 152 patients.It was found that SANS social family support,total relief interval,therapeutic effect,disease dura- tion and compliance of patients taking medicine has a close relation with SDSS.
