偏瘫病人下肢功能康复阻碍因素初探

Aprimary study of factors affecting recorery of lower limb Function in Hemiplegic patients

观察了10项因素对偏瘫病人下肢功能康复的影响,其结果表明:①下肢功能水平;②平衡功能障碍;③足下垂内翻;④髋关节屈曲外旋挛缩;⑤深感觉障碍;⑥疼痛等几项因素对偏瘫病人下肢功能康复有显著的影响。

The effect of ten factors on the rehabilitation of lower limb in 30 hemiplegic patients was ob- served.It was found that the factors such as lower limb function level,balance disability,footdrop and inver- sion,hip joint flexion and extension contracture,deep sensation disability,and pain had remarkably influence upon the rehabilitation of lower limb in hemiplegic patients.
