TDP辐射对人体甲襞微循环及血液某些成份影响的实验研究

摘要 40名健康人。采用 TDP 照射手、腰部,前、后动态观察甲襞微循环结果表明,管袢数目逐渐增多,输入枝、输出枝口径明显增加,血流速度加快,P<0.01。15天后2组免疫球蛋白 IgA、IgG 含量均增高,IgM 减少,P<0.01。血常规血红蛋白增高,白细胞总数减少,P<0.01。提示,TDP 照射局部引起微循环的变化是全身性的,并有调整免疫功能。 By use of TDP irradiating hands,waist of 40 nromal persons,the changes of human nailfold microcirculation before and after irradiation were observed dynamically.The results indicated that the capil- lary loops were increased gradually,the caliber of efferent and afferent branches obviously widened,velocity of blood flow accelerated,15 days after irradiation,the content of immune globulin (Ig) A,G was increased, IgM decreased.Blood routine examination showed an increase of Hb,a decrease of total number of leuko- cytes.It might be suggested that the changes of human nailfold microcirculation caused by TDP irradiation are systematic,and regulate the immune function.
