类风湿性关节炎的药物治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 1 非甾类抗炎药(Nonsteroidal Anti-Intlammatary Drugs,NSAIDs) NSAIDs问世以来,应用十分广泛。品类日益增多,虽然其化学结构各不同,但均具有以下特点: 1.1 这类药物小剂量主要抑制前列腺素(PG)合成而起到镇痛作用;大剂量还可能降低溶酶体活性、减少酶的释放及减少巨噬细胞生成过氧化物等而发挥抗炎作用。因此在RA治疗中剂量有增大的倾向。这类药具有起效快,服药数日内即可发生作用。
