35例交感型颈椎病临床康复探讨

A study on clinical rehabilitation for 35 cases of cervical spondylopathy with sympathetic problem.

我院自1990～1992年对收治的35例交感型颈椎病进行了综合性的康复治疗,认为在采用药物治疗同时,进行体理疗法(包括颈牵、颈操、局部电动按摩)和物理治疗、心理咨询、床边疏导能进一步提高交感性颈椎病的疗效,总有效率达98.25％,显效率达58.25％。平均住院1.5个月。

The clinical manifestations of cervical spondylopathy with sympathetic problem varied a lot, much like coronary heart disease, angina, acute myocardial infarction, vegetative nerve functional disturbance and neurtaxia. There were a few reports about this aud the objective diagnostic standards were lacking. From 1990 to 1992, 35 out of 200 cases of cervical spondylopathy with sympathetic problem were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation. The measures which were taken included drug, physical therapy (cervical spine traction, electromassage), exercise therapy, psychotherapy etc. 98.25％ patients showed effective, 58.25％ patients recovered well or very well. The average hospitalized time for these patients was one and half month.
