摘要 目的 探讨一氧化氮在原发性骨质疏松症中的作用。方法 酶法测定 16 例老年骨质疏松症患者及21 例青壮年创伤患者血清内一氧化氮(NO)水平,并检测血清内骨钙素(BGP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化。结果 老年骨质疏松症组NO、IL-6 水平明显高于青壮年组(P< 0.05),BGP显著高于青壮年组(P< 0.01)。青壮年组NO 与IL-6、BGP呈正相关,但无显著性意义(r=0.043,r= 0.028,P> 0.05);而老年骨质疏松症患者体内NO 与IL-6 的变化呈负相关(r= - 0.579,P< 0.05),与BGP正相关(r= 0.549,P< 0.05),血清内IL-6 的水平与骨质疏松的程度密切相关。结论 老年骨质疏松症患者由于体内NO的内源性合成相对减少,对促进破骨细胞活性的细胞因子抑制作用减弱,使骨吸收加速,从而导致骨质疏松的发生,因而促进内源性NO 的合成有助于骨质疏松症的防治。 Objective\ To study the effect of nitric oxide on osteoporosis.Methods Serum nitric oxide (NO)levels in 16 old people with osteoporosis and 21 young and middle aged patients with trauma were determined by enzyme assay,and the change in levels of serum osteocalcin (BGP) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were measured at the same time.Results The NO and IL 6 levels in aged osteoporotic people were significantly higher than those in young and middle aged patients( P <0 05),and BGP levels were very significantly higher than those in young and middle aged patients( P <0 01).Serum NO had positive but insignificant correlation with IL 6 and BGP ( r =0 043, r =0 286, P <0 05)in young and middle aged group,while serum NO had negative correlation with IL 6( r =-0 579, P <0 005) and positive correlation with BGP( r =0 549, P <0 005)in aged osteoporotic group.IL 6 levels were closely associated with the severity of osteoporosis.Conclusion Because of the relative decrease of NO endogenous synthesis in steoporosis,the supression effects of NO on the cytokines promoting osteoclast activity are attenuataed,and the bone resorption is accelerated,leading to develoopment of osteoporosis.
