摘要 目的 探讨骨吸收与形成指标在不同年龄组妇女中的变化趋势。方法 共177 例绝经前后妇女,其中89 例为绝经前组,按年龄每隔10 年分组,88 例为绝经后组。用ELISA 法测定各个骨形成与骨吸收指标,同时测定外周血激素水平。结果 所有骨代谢生化指标在绝经后有明显提高,其中吸收指标Pyd 在绝经前的第3 组妇女中已较前两组明显升高,而骨形成指标在绝经前无显著性差异。结论 骨形成指标的改变落后于骨吸收指标,与其他骨代谢指标相比,Pyd 更具表达性。 Objective\ To study the change of bone formation markers and bone resorption markers in women of different ages. Methods All bone formation markers and bone resorption markers were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Sex hormones (FSH,LH,E2,P)were also measureed by ELISA. Results All markers were significantly higher in the postmenopausal group than in the premenopausal group.Pyd in one subgroup of premenopausal subjects aqed 46-55 already significantly increased while bone formation markers did not. Conclusion Bone formation markers lag behind bone resorption markers.It is likely that Pyd is the most sensitive marker for reflecting bone turnover.Perimenopause is the optimal period for observing bone turnover rate.
