雌二醇对人成骨细胞增殖及基质金属蛋白酶活性的影响

本文报道了雌二醇对体外分离培养的人成骨细胞增殖的影响，ＳＤＳ－Ｇｅｌ－ＰＡＧＥ 电泳及固体胶原－羟脯氨酸测定法测定成骨细胞基质金属蛋白酶（ＭＭＰｓ）活性。结果表明：低浓度雌二醇对人成骨细胞有刺激增殖的作用，１．３×１０－ ７Ｍ 时刺激作用最强，浓度过高则抑制细胞增殖，成骨细胞的分化则随着雌二醇浓度的增加而分化越好，随雌激素浓度增加成骨细胞ＭＭＰ活性也相应增大与分化程度一致。

By use of cell culture techniques in vitro, we obtained human osteoblast and observed the proliferation and differentiation of human osteoblast and expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP).The result showed that estrogen stimulates cell proliferation at low concentration,induces cell differentiation and enhances MMP expression at high concentration.
