摘要
从福建省土壤中分离出三株小双孢菌,编号80-98、80-133、80-38,它们的气生菌丝体经常贫乏,特征性颜色粉红、浅粉红,产生呈纵对的孢子。基内菌丝体80-98菌株为红棕、80-133和80-38为棕色、粉棕。在液体培养基上能产生结晶,不需要维生素B,细胞壁化学组份Ⅲ型,全细胞糖B型,含马杜拉糖。细胞膜上甲基萘醌三个菌株均为MK-9(H_2)、MK-9(H_4)。最适生长温度80-98为28~37℃,80-133和80-38为32~40℃。经分类研究证明三个菌株均为小双孢菌属中的新变种,80-98菌株命名为粉红小双孢古田变种Microbispora rosea var gutianensis n.var.1992;80-133和80-38菌株命名为小小双孢菌闽清变种 Microbispora parva var.mingq-ingensis n.var.1992。
Microbispora rosea var gutianensis n. var. was isolated irom soil sample collected in Gutian, Fujian, China. It has aerial
mycelium (distinct pink) and substrate mycelium(red-brown),and no soluble pigment. Spores are spherical,growing temperature ranges 20~45℃, optimum 28~37℃. Vitamin B1 is aot required and violet crystals trace; Its menaquinone is MK-9(H2, H4).
Microbispora parva var. mingqingensis n. var. was isolated from soil sample collected in Mingqing, Fujian, China. It has substrate mycelium (brown)and aerial mycelium(white to pale pink),and no soluble pigment. On aerial mycelia conidia formed are clavate or dactyloid in pairs or single, growing temperature ranges 20~50℃, optimum 32~40℃. Vitamin Bl is not required. It produces abundant hyaline diamond crystals menaquinone is MK-9(H2, H4).
