摘要
从青霉M-8614的发酵液中分离到血脂调节剂M-8614A。诱变M-8614得到的MH-2638菌株的发酵液中分离到化合物MH-2688B。它们的理化性质和波谱分析表明M-8614A和Mevastatin相同,MH-2688和Lovastatin同质。
From the fermentation broth of Penicillium strain No. M-8614, a secondary metabolite designated as M-8614A compound was isolated. Strain HM-2688 was selected, when M-8614 strain was farther treated with nitrite. Compound HM-2688B was isolated. Their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. M-8614A is identical with Mevastatin (compactin), HM-2688B is identical with Lovastatin (Monacolin K).
