摘要
采用棉籽饼粉培养基,发酵培养144小时,新抗生素B-3543的效价可达3000μg/ml,通过CAD-40柱, DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱和硅胶柱进行分离和纯化,可制得白色粉末状的B-3543纯品。根据该素的理化性质和氨基酸组成,将其鉴定为一种含有15种氨基酸的新肽类抗生素。
The optimal medium for fermentation was pharmamedia medium.
The antibiotic titer reached about 3,000μg/ml after 144 hours of fermentation. The white powder of antibiotic B-3543 was obtained after purification by column chroma-tography on CAD-40, DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and silica gel, according to the physico-chemical propsrties and constituent of amino acids of antibiotic B-3543, it is considered to be a new peptide antibiotic consisting of 15 kinds of amino acids.
