大孔弱酸树脂对卡那霉素吸附行为的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文比较了大孔弱酸树脂和强酸732树脂对卡那霉素的吸附行为,包括交换容量和洗脱性能。用正交设计试验法和电子计算机理论演算.确定了最适工艺条件,最后还用发酵液进行了动态试验。实验表明华化大孔弱酸-Ⅲ号树脂对卡那霉素的交换容量,不仅高于732树脂22%,同样比Amberlite IRC-50树脂也高,在滤液呈中性条件下,浓度为8000u/ml左右时吸附,用2.5%氨水解吸,可获得卡那霉素离子交换过程最佳状态,回收率增加、浓缩倍数提高、能耗降低。 The extraction characteristics such as sorption capacity and elution property etc. of Kanamycin on the macroreticular weak acid ion exchange reisn and the conventional gel-type strong acid ion exchange resin 732 were compared. The optimum process of the extraction by macroreticular ion exchanger was studied by means of orthogonal analytical method and theoretical calculation with the aid of computer. Based on the following conditions:concentration of Kanamycin filtrate is 8,000u/ml, neutral pH, and using 2.5% of ammonia as the eluent, the column performances with fermentation broth filtrate were carried out. Results showed that the sorption capacity of the Hua Hua Ⅲ macroreticular weak acid ion exchange resin possesses a higher sorption capacity than the conventional gel-type strong acid ion exchange resin 732 and the Amberlite 150. The overall yield and the concentration of the eluate of Kanamycin are increased and the purpose of reducing energy consumption is also attained.
