It is suggested that the particle with mass 60GeV reported by L3 Collaboration arises form decay of excited lepton. Analyses of the data support this suggestion. It is estimated that M_μ(?)78.8GeV and M_e(?)88GeV. Some predictions are presented for further experimental tests.
