摘要
本文报道用絮凝法预处理螺旋霉素发酵液和用大网格吸附法提取螺旋霉素。试验结果表明:絮凝剂F-A加量为0.6~0.9%,F-B为40ppm,絮凝时pH7.5,筛选出S10和4006两种国产大网格吸附树脂,在pH8.5、流速1/25~1/35 1/分时进行吸附,用醋酸丁酯解吸,解吸收率可达96%,该工艺适用于工业生产。
The flocculation technology and macroreticular adsorption have been used to extract Spiramycin from the fermentation broth. The broth is pretreated with flocculant F-A and F-B and then Spiramycin is extracted by macroreticular adsorbent S_(10) or 4006, Experimental result showed that 0.6~0.9% of flocculant F-A, 40ppm of flocculant F-B, pH 7.5 were the optimum conditions of flocculation: and for adsorption were pH8.5, flow rate l/25~l/35(l/min),and the desorption yield with bu-tylacetate was 96%, This process technology may be applied to industrial production.
