摘要
本文在提升钢丝绳振动理论及实验研究的基础上分析了悬挂装置动载荷。16吨箕斗悬挂装置的疲劳可靠性设计说明:可靠性强度设计能保证确定的安全可靠度、并可节约材料,减少浪费。
On the basis of the theoretical and experimental study on the vibration of winding ropes the dynamic loads of suspension gear have been analyzed. The practice of reliability design of fatigue strength of suspension gear for 16 tons skip shows that this method can provide a definite reliability and reduce the material consumption.
