摘要
本文介绍了一种利用聚苯胺葡萄糖氧化酶电极作为生物传感器而研制成功的新型血糖测定仪。酶电极电位控制在0.60V(VS.SCE),所用缓冲溶液是pH5.5、0.1mol·dm^(-3)浓度的混合磷酸盐溶液。在被测葡萄糖浓度0.1~100mol·dm^(-3)范围内,记录了响应电流—时间关系曲线和响应电流与葡萄糖浓度关系曲线。膜厚度、电位、pH值和温度对响应电流的影响也分别进行了实验。考察了仪器的稳定性,重现性以及酶电极使用寿命等性能。
A new insturment for measuring blood sugar has been developed using polyaniline glucose oxidase electrode as a biological sensor. When the potential of the electrode is controlled at 0.6V (VS.SCE) and the pH value of the buffer solution (0.1mol mixed phosphate solution) is 5.5, the curve of the response current versus time, response current versus concentration of glucose in the range from 0.1 to 100mol · dm10-3was recorded. The effect of film thickness,potential, pH value and temperature on the response current was tested respectively. The stability of the instrument, reproducibility of the tests and the life time of the electrode have also been studied.
