摘要
本文研究了低温预氧化时的通入空气量、炭化湿度、炭化时间与炭化料微晶结构的关系,分析了预氧化、炭化和活化工艺参数对活性炭性能的影响,指出了用神木煤研制优质气相吸咐炭,采用低温预氧化、缓慢炭化和水蒸气活化法工艺是可行的。
This paper studies the relationship of inlet air quantity, the carbonization temperature and the carbonization time to the microcrystal structure of carbon precursor. The influence of parameters of pre-oxidation, carbonization and activation on performance of the activated carbon has been analyzed. It shows that the technique of low temperature pre-oxidation, low speed carbonization and vapor activation to produce high quality activated carbon is feasible.
