摘要
液压缸是液压支架和许多矿山工程机械的执行元件。本文提出了一种新的液压缸力学模型,用弹性力学理论和有限单元法进行液压缸应力和稳定性分析,探讨液压缸优化设计方法,编制了相应的通用软件。算例和实验结果验证了本文工作的正确性和实用性。
The hydraulic cylinders are widely used as operating elements on the roof-supports and a lot of mining and engineering machines. A new mechanical model of hydraulic cylinders has been put forward in the paper. By the aid of elasticity theory and finite element method, the stress and stability analysis of the hydraulic cylinders is carried out, the optimal design of the hydraulic cylinders has been discussed, and the available softwares are worked out. Their correctness and practicality have been verified by the test results and calculation of an example.
