苦参碱抑制丙二醛生成及对阿霉素在小鼠肝细胞内蓄积的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨苦参碱抑制丙二醛(MDA)的生成及对阿霉素胞内蓄积的影响。方法荧光光度法测定MDA及阿霉素在小鼠肝细胞内的含量。结果苦参碱浓度为4mg/ml,8mg/ml,16mg/ml,32mg/ml,64mg/ml时与空白对照组比较,MDA生成的抑制率分别为12.3%,21.37%,37.62%,53.14%,68.92%,且与剂量成正相关。在·OH诱导下,苦参碱在浓度为8mg/ml,16mg/ml时,可以明显增加阿霉素在小鼠肝组织细胞内的蓄积。结论苦参碱可抑制·OH诱导下小鼠肝细胞内MDA生成,且与剂量呈正相关,同时可增加阿霉素在细胞内的蓄积。 The Present study was desinged to examine the effects of matrine's affecting the production of lipidperoxide and the effect of adriamycin's storing up in small rat's liver cells. Methods Using fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the levels of MDA and the content of adriamycin in small rat's liver cells-Results comparing with the control group,. OH free raica1 induced MDA group) the inhibitory rates is 12.3%, 21.37%,37.62%,53. 14%, 68.92% respectively whn the concentration of matrine is 4mg/nil, 8mg/ml, 16mg/ml, 32mg/ml, 64mg/ml,under the circumstance of. OH inducing,the levels of adriamyin's storing up in small rat's liver cells could be greatly increased when matrine's concentration is 8mg/ml^l6mg/ml. Conclusions Matrine is able to inhibit the production of MDA through inducing. OH reaction and correlation with concentration of matrine. This effects could be resulted in increasing the content of ADM in mice hepatic cells.
