158例乳腺癌雌孕激素受体表达分析

Expression or Estrogen and Progesterone receptors of human breast cancer: analysis in 158 cases

目的探讨乳腺癌雌孕激素受体的表达与其临床病理之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化LSAB法对158例乳腺癌进行雌孕激素受体规定．结果①ER阳性110例（69．6％），PR阳性85例（53．8％），ER、PR同时阳性70例（44．3％）．二者差异有显著性。②ER、PR表达与月经状况和病理分级相关，而与年龄、腋淋巴结转移无关。结论ER、PR的表达对判断乳腺癌患者的预后及指导临床治疗具有参考价值．

Purpose. To investigate the relationship between the expression of ER and PR and the clinical pathology ofbreast cancer. Metkods 158 cases of human breast cancer in paraffin embeded section were detected by the LSAB. Re-sults Among them, 110 cases were positive for ER (69. 6 % ), 85 cases were positive for PR (53. 8 % ), 70 cases werePositive for' both ER and PR (44. 3 % ), 32 cases were negative for both ER and PR (20. 3 % ), ER-positive and PR-nega-tiye were in 39 cases (24. 7% ),ER-negative and PR-positive were in 17 cases (10. 8 % ). The difference of the ER, PRexpression was significant in statistics. The expression of ER,PR was closely relative to clinical grade and menstrua-tion state,no correlation was found among the ER,PR expression and axillary lymph node metastasis and age. Conclu-sions These results showed that the expression of ER,PR had reference value in predicting the prognosis and in-structing tbe clinical therapy.
