摘要 激励是现代企业人力资源管理的核心问题,其中又以激励因素的研究尤为重要。合资企业作为一种多文化机构,其基于中外文化差异的跨文化激励模式已受到广泛重视。通过采用有较高信度和效度的《合资企业员工激励影响因素调查表》,对贵阳、天津、深圳三地的16家中外合资企业的员工进行了调查。得出影响中外合资企业中员工积极性的激励与去激励因素,及其具有的独特的跨文化特征。 Motivation is the core of modern enterprises' human resource management,and the research on the motivation factors are of great importance in particular. It has been widely noted that,as multicultural organization,joint ventures are characterised by their cross-culture motivation pattern on a basis of Sino-foreign cultural differences.This research,through a highly reliable and valid questionnaire entitled “Investigation on the Factors Affecting Work Motivation of Joint Venture Employees”,has been conducted among the employees of 16 joint ventures in the cities of Guiyang,Tianjin and Shenzhen. The motivational and demotivational factors affecting joint venture employees' work motivation have been revealed,and the motivational and demotivational factors in Sino-foreign joint ventures have a unique cross-culture trait.
