摘要
为了保证绩效定量考核的科学性和准确性,文章探讨了考核指标选择的原则、无量纲化的方法,分析了考核指标的常见类别,提出了典型岗位的考核指标体系。为制订绩效定量考核方法选择合理的考核指标体系,确立了指导思想和具体方法。
To ensure the quantitative evaluation of performance scientifically and accurately,this paper investigates the principle of evaluation indices selection and the methods of their dimensionless. An index system for the performance evaluation of typical post is put forward after analysing the common indics. The guiding ideology and concrete methods are also established.
