The accuracy of depth perception of 248 male truck drivers had been measured with the depth perception instrument under two experimental conditions: the visual object in high-speed and low-speed movement. The results indicate that: (1)The difference of the accuracy of depth perception between safe truck drivers and accident truck drivers is significant only when the visual objects are in high-speed movement. (2)Age has no significant influence on the truck drivers' depth perception. (3)The difference of driving experience has significant influence on truck drivers' depth perception. The truck drivers with 30(or above) years driving experience had poorer accuracy of depth perception.
