白血病P^(16)基因的表达及其临床意义

摘要 应用流式细胞术和免疫荧光染色技术对31例白血病及9例营养性贫血患者骨髓细胞P^(16)蛋白进行检测。结果显示急性淋巴细胞白血病组(ALL)P^(16)阳性率63.2%,急性非淋巴细胞白血病组(AML)83.3%,营养性贫血组88.9%。ALL组P^(16)阳性率与AML组相比,差异有显著性(p<0.01);与营养性贫血组相比,亦有显著性(P<0.01)。AML组P^(16)阳性率与营养性贫血组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示P^(16)基因的改变与淋巴系白血病的发生有密切关系。 P^(16) gene product expression in 31 cases of leukemia and 9 cases of nutrition deficiency anemia (NDA) was studied quantitatively using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining technique. The results showed that the positive rate of P16 protein in ALL, AML, and NDA is 63.2%, 83. 3% and 88.9% respectively. The positive rate of P16 protein in ALL is significant lower than that in AML and NDA. There were no remarkable significant in the positive rate of P16 protein between AML and NDA. It suggested that loss of P16 gene and protein was corresponding to the occurrence of ALL.
