脑卒中患者生活质量的模糊综合评定法

Application of fuzzy synthesis dicision in evaluation of the quality of life of cerebral apoplexy patients

本文用模糊综合评判的方法评价脑卒中患者的生活质量。为此,我们首先筛选出影响脑卒中患者生活质量的所有主要因素;然后,通过调查,确定出各个因素的重要性“权重”;最后,给出评价脑卒中患者生活质量的数学模型及评价方法和应用实例。

In this paper, the quality of life of cerebral apoplexy patients was evaluated by means of fuzzy synthesis decision. First, the main elements that affect the quality of life of the cerebral apoplexy patients were selected,then, the'weights' which express the importance of each element are determined. At last, the mathematical modal and evaluating method which is used in evaluating the quality of life of cerebral apoplexy patients is given and several application examples are given at the some time.
