微量元素铜时辰毒理效应研究

摘要 目的:观察实验动物对铜的时辰反应特征,了解铜元素的时辰代谢规律,为临床合理应用含铜元素的药物提供实验依据.方法:测定铜元素LD_(50)及其相关参数,研究小鼠日节律中光照、黑暗及年节律中秋、冬和春三季铜元素急性毒性变化.结果:光照黑暗条件下对铜元素的LD_(50)有影响,但无显著差别,季节对铜的LD_(50)影响显著,春季LD_(50)最大,秋季次之,冬季最小.结论:机体对铜耐受性反应受日节律中光照的影响,同时与地球周转形成的场变化有关,临床应用铜或富含铜的药物治疗时应注意时辰因素. Objective: To observe the experimental animal' s reaction property to Cu in various time and study the metabolic rules of Cu in various time and provide experimental basis for reasonably applying rich-in-Cu drugs to clinical practice. Methods: To measure LD50 of Cu and other related parameters and study the lethal dose of Cu under the condition, lighting and darkness in daily rythum and in autumn, winter and spring respectively. Results: The LD50 of Cu is affected in the condition of lighting and darkness, but there is no evident difference. It is different in various seasons, with highest LD50 in the spring, less higher in the autumn and lowest LD50 in the winter. Conclusion: The body's reaction to the chronotolerance of Cu is affected by the lighting in daily rythum, meanwhile it is connected with changes of magnetic- field formed by the earth's moving around. While using Cu or rich-in-Cu drugs in clinical treatment, attention should be paid to time factor.
