腰椎小关节面角的变化与退变性腰椎滑脱的关系

The relationship between lumbar facet joints angle and degenerative spondylolisthesis

使用轴面CT,扫描并测量了一组正常人及一组退变性腰椎滑脱患者的下腰椎L_(3-4)、L_(4-5)、L_(5-)S_1三个节段的小关节面角。结果显示:退变性腰椎滑脱病人小关节面退变明显,而且小关节面角明显小于正常对照组,从而认为矢向排列的小关节面是导致滑椎的主要因素。

With computed tomograph,we surveied and measured L3-4,L4-5 ,L5-S1 lumbar facet joints of 37 normal subjects and 24 patients with DS. The results indicated that lumbar spine of the patients w as much smaller than that of the normal group,and consequently we think that the small joint angle was the major factor of DS .
